Founded by a former classroom teacher with over ten years of experience and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, our school partners with faith-based homeschool families to provide clear, Christ-centered middle and high school courses—bringing structure, confidence, and relief as students tackle more challenging subjects.

Courses Offered
Barefoot Byrds Schoolhouse offers secondary courses for homeschool families and individuals, taught from a Christian worldview.
Spanish 1
An introductory course that builds a strong foundation in Spanish through basic vocabulary, present-tense grammar, listening, speaking, reading, and simple cultural exploration.
Spanish 2 (Coming soon!)
A continuation of Spanish 1 that expands vocabulary and grammar, introduces past tenses, and strengthens communication skills through reading, writing, listening, and conversation.
Algebra 1 (Coming soon!)
A foundational math course that develops problem-solving skills through equations, inequalities, functions, and real-world applications of algebraic concepts.
